By adding or interacting with Willy (the "Bot") on Discord, WhatsApp, or Telegram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Bot and remove it from your server or chat.

2. Usage and Conduct

Purpose: The Bot is an AI-powered chat assistant.
Restrictions: You may not use the Bot for any illegal purposes, to generate hate speech, or to bypass the safety filters of the underlying AI models.
Platform Guidelines: You must also comply with the Terms of Service of the respective platforms (Discord, WhatsApp, and Telegram).

3. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in AI-generated responses or any damages resulting from the use of the Bot.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect and process data only when you interact directly with the Bot. This includes:

Message Content: We capture messages sent to the Bot to generate a response.
User Identifiers: Your platform-specific User ID (e.g., Discord ID, Phone Number on WhatsApp, or Telegram Username) to maintain conversation context.

2. How We Use Data

The Bot uses your messages solely to provide AI-generated replies.

Temporary Storage: Messages are stored temporarily to maintain "memory" during a conversation.
No Long-Term Retention: We do not sell your data or use it to build permanent profiles on users.

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except for the AI processing APIs (such as OpenAI or Google) required to generate responses. These providers do not receive your personal identity, only the text of the prompt.

4. Data Deletion

Since storage is temporary, most data is automatically cleared after a period of inactivity. If you wish to have your data manually cleared, please contact the developer at [email protected].
